Staffs are very well behaved.Continental food is very good. My suggestion to the management of the hotel is just to increase the number of staff specially at restaurant. Basin outlet in the bathroom should be covered upto the drainage point. Otherwise it's very good. Thanks

It's the good place to have a dinner with your loved ones. It is also a nice place for family DINE-IN. The interior is very beautiful and eye pleasing. I haven't explored much of their menu but I just loved their Chicken kosha. I have just fallen in love with it. Service is nice. Price is little upside but the price matches with the ambiance and quality that they provide.

A great hotel in Bankura. Rooms are specious, clean and very well maintained. Food is good. Service is great. Overall a great hotel. Highly recommended.

We stayed there 2 nights & 3 days recently.Rooms are excellent,spacious,food quality are quiet ok,mostly the behaviour of manager partha Babu,sanjib Babu & Asish Babu are heart touching,overall my experience is superb. Regards Sajal Bhowmik

Room they provided was not that good. But they have some good rooms which they provide as per the availability. Rest they start disturbing the guest for dinner since 7.30pm for dinner! Rest overall a good stay it was.

Great hotel in a remote town of Bankura, excellent experience in check in, special thanks to Sanjib and Partha Restaurant is very good, reasonably priced and taste is excellent. The service in the restaurant did not match up to the checkin experience. Rooms are well appointed and neat and very clean. Matches with best 4 star hotel. The room service is also quite good. One of the best and High end places to have a meal in the town of Bankura! Rooms also available here for staying. Staff behaviour 7/10. Food 9/10. Service 9/10. Cleanliness n facilities 10/10. Ambience is quite nice and there are ample food options here. During evenings, seat availability can be a problem
